SHIPPING

orders are shipped within two business days. if you have any issues with your delivery, we will do our best to work with the usps to ensure issues are corrected and your package is delivered in a timely manner. we appreciate your patience and your business!

RETURNS + CREDIT

if your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within three days of receipt for a replacement or credit by emailing us at hello@helios-organics.com. include your order number in the subject line.

we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. the returned item(s) must be shipped back within seven days of receipt of the shipping label.
